Q&A

Q: What's the age limit for this New Year's Eve event?

A: The event is for ages 21 and up since there’s an open bar. So, make sure everyone you're bringing is 21 or older if you're buying tickets for a group! It's a wild night, and they really check IDs at the door.

Q: Can you reschedule if something comes up?

A: Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable since it's a special event. So, if something comes up, you’ll have to make it work or just enjoy it next time — they do this every New Year!

Q: What should we wear to this event? Is it a casual dress code?

A: You can definitely go casual, but since it’s New Year’s Eve, lots of people fancy it up a bit! Think fun party outfits or cocktail attire. Just make sure you're comfy enough to dance. No one wants to be in heels all night!

Thinking of gifting the New Year's Eve Dueling Pianos experience!

I’m considering getting my brother this ticket for New Year’s Eve at Shake Rattle & Roll Dueling Pianos. It sounds like a blast with the open bar and all those songs! He’s 25 and loves live music, so I think he'll go wild. Just wondering if anyone has done this before and what they thought? I'm a bit worried about parking in NYC on NYE though!

Anyone else worried about the weather for NYE?

I’m really excited for the Dueling Pianos event but I’m a little nervous about the weather on New Year’s Eve. It can be super cold in NYC, right? What do folks usually do to prepare for that kind of night? I want to enjoy the open bar and not worry about freezing outside!
