Gaze upon the city sights from the pinnacle of Chicago, the Skydeck. Located on the 103rd floor of Willis Tower, formerly Sears Tower -- the third-tallest building in the world -- the Skydeck offers spectacular sweeping views and is full of interactive exhibits. To complete your exciting Chicago experience, head to the Ledge, a glass balcony showcasing unbeatable views of Chicago’s top attractions like Wrigley Field and the Navy Pier. We added a brand new Chicago Experience that you start with by the box office prior taking the elevator trip to the 103rd floor. It is a 45,000 sq ft. museum of today. The New Experience is part Chicago History, part Architecural tour, part Selfie Museum and part Children's Museum. This is fun and interactive for all ages. Ride our "L" Train, see our infinity pizza bed, take pictures ontop of Willis Tower and so much more! This is the best way to see Chicago in one setting. Q&A

Q: Is the Ledge suitable for kids? My niece is 8 and I want to take her!

A: Absolutely! The Ledge is a thrilling experience for kids and adults alike. Just keep an eye on them as they step out onto the glass balcony—some kids might need a little encouragement, but most love it! The interactive exhibits are also great for younger visitors.

Q: What if the weather is bad? Can we reschedule?

A: Yes, you can reschedule your visit if the weather isn't cooperating. Just make sure to contact their customer service within 24 hours of your visit. They’re pretty friendly, and I had to do this once, and they helped me out without any hassle!

Q: How much time should we plan for the whole experience?

A: I'd say plan for at least 2 to 3 hours. The museum part is super cool and takes a while to explore, plus you'll want to hang out on the Ledge and enjoy the views. Don't rush it—take your time for pics and the interactive stuff!

Thinking about gifting the Skydeck experience!

So I’m planning to get my sister a Skydeck admission for her birthday. She loves heights and Chicago! I heard the views are insane, especially from The Ledge. Can anyone confirm how long the whole experience takes? And should I buy the tickets in advance?

Just did the Skydeck and it was amazing!

I took my family to the Skydeck last weekend, and it was a blast! The new Chicago museum is so much fun, with cool interactive things. The Ledge is definitely a highlight! Also, we spent around 3 hours there, so plan for that. Highly recommend it!
