Q&A
A: Absolutely! The Ledge is a thrilling experience for kids and adults alike. Just keep an eye on them as they step out onto the glass balcony—some kids might need a little encouragement, but most love it! The interactive exhibits are also great for younger visitors.
A: Yes, you can reschedule your visit if the weather isn't cooperating. Just make sure to contact their customer service within 24 hours of your visit. They’re pretty friendly, and I had to do this once, and they helped me out without any hassle!
A: I'd say plan for at least 2 to 3 hours. The museum part is super cool and takes a while to explore, plus you'll want to hang out on the Ledge and enjoy the views. Don't rush it—take your time for pics and the interactive stuff!

Thinking about gifting the Skydeck experience!
So I’m planning to get my sister a Skydeck admission for her birthday. She loves heights and Chicago! I heard the views are insane, especially from The Ledge. Can anyone confirm how long the whole experience takes? And should I buy the tickets in advance?
Just did the Skydeck and it was amazing!
I took my family to the Skydeck last weekend, and it was a blast! The new Chicago museum is so much fun, with cool interactive things. The Ledge is definitely a highlight! Also, we spent around 3 hours there, so plan for that. Highly recommend it!
