Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the airboat tour?

A: There isn’t a strict age limit, but kids must be at least 4 years old to ride the airboat. Just make sure they’re comfortable with being on the water. Kids can have a blast seeing the wildlife up close!

Q: What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

A: If the weather looks bad, they usually contact you ahead of time to reschedule. Safety is a priority! Just check your email the day before your tour for updates.

Q: What should we wear for the airboat tour?

A: Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that can get wet. I'd also recommend sunglasses and sunscreen since you’ll be out in the sun quite a bit. A hat could be helpful too!

Just booked the airboat tour and can't wait!

I recently booked the Small Airboat and Oak Alley Plantation Tour in New Orleans, and I’m so excited! We’ll be going with a small group, which is nice since I hear it’s more personal. I can’t wait to see the wildlife and the plantation! I’m a bit worried about parking, though. Has anyone had issues with that?

Airboat tour experience - it was amazing!

I just got back from the Small Airboat and Oak Alley Plantation Tour, and wow, it was incredible! The scenery was beautiful, and our guide was super knowledgeable about the swamp. The plantation was a nice touch too! Totally recommend it for anyone visiting New Orleans.
