Q&A

Q: What should I wear for the kayak tour? Is it safe for kids?

A: You’ll want to wear a swimsuit or quick-dry clothing since you'll probably get splashed a bit. A hat and sunglasses are a good idea too! As for kids, they typically allow ages 5 and up, but it’s best to check with the provider for specifics. Just make sure they’re comfortable on the water.

Q: How do I reschedule if something comes up? Is there a fee?

A: Rescheduling can usually be done by contacting the provider directly, though they prefer at least 48 hours notice. If it’s less than that, they might charge a small fee. It's best to read their cancellation policy on the website when booking!

Q: Is parking easy near the launch site?

A: Parking is fairly easy near the launch site, but it can fill up quickly during peak hours. If you’re staying on the Strip, I recommend taking their shuttle service to skip the hassle. Just make sure to check the pick-up times!

Just did the Emerald Cave Kayak Tour - amazing experience!

I just came back from the Small-Group Emerald Cave Kayak Tour and wow, it was fantastic! The guide was super informative about the local wildlife and history. Paddling through those beautiful Black Canyon views was something else! Keep an eye out for bighorn sheep! Totally worth the price, which was pretty reasonable given all the snacks and drinks they provided. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a unique time in Vegas!

Thinking about gifting the kayak tour experience!

I’m considering getting the Emerald Cave Kayak Tour for my boyfriend’s birthday. He loves outdoor adventures, but I’m worried about how strenuous it might be. Anyone know if this is a chill paddle or something more intense? Also, how long does it take? Would love some insights!
