Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the manatee kayak tour?

A: There's no strict age limit, but kids should be at least 5 years old to join. If they're younger, they might get a bit restless. The guides are really accommodating, so don’t hesitate to ask about special arrangements if needed!

Q: What if the weather's bad on the day of the tour?

A: If the weather is really rough, the tour will likely be rescheduled. They’re pretty good about letting you know ASAP—usually the day before. Just keep an eye on the forecast and check in with them if you’re unsure!

Q: What should I wear for the kayak tour?

A: Definitely wear something breathable and quick-drying. A bathing suit with a cover-up works great. Don’t forget the sunscreen and a hat! It can be really sunny out there.

Just got back from the Manatee Kayak Tour near Daytona Beach!

OMG, this was such an incredible experience! We saw manatees up close, like within a few feet! The guides were super knowledgeable and made sure we had a blast. It was nice that the group was small—only 8 of us. Totally worth the price! I'm thinking of gifting this to my brother's family for Christmas. Anyone else done it?

Thinking of booking the Manatee Discovery Tour as a gift!

I really wanna get this manatee kayak tour for my wife's birthday! She's obsessed with wildlife. Just wondering if it’s suitable for someone who’s never kayaked before? Also, how’s the experience in late autumn? Any tips?
