Q&A

Q: What should I wear for the Grand Canyon tour in Arizona?

A: I'd recommend wearing comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes since you'll be walking a bit. Layers are key, too, because it can get chilly in the morning but warm up quickly during the day. Don't forget a hat and sunscreen, especially if you're sensitive to the sun!

Q: Are there any age limits for this tour?

A: There aren't strict age limits, but kids should be at least 7 years old to enjoy the trip. The tour can be long, so if you're considering it for younger kids, think about their endurance levels. They usually enjoy the sights, but if they get restless, it could be tough on everyone!

Q: Can we reschedule if we can't make the original date?

A: Yes! They’re pretty flexible with rescheduling, but it's best to give them a heads-up at least a week in advance. They understand plans change, especially with something like this. Just check their policy when booking, so you know what to expect!

Just did the Grand Canyon tour — it was amazing!

I just got back from the Small-Group Grand Canyon tour from Phoenix with Detours of Arizona, and wow! The views were breathtaking, especially at the canyon. The guide was super knowledgeable and made the trip so much fun. We had bottled water and great seating in the van, and there were only 10 of us, which felt perfect. I can't believe how much we packed into one day!

Considering this tour as a gift for my parents — thoughts?

I’m thinking about getting my parents this Grand Canyon and Sedona tour as a gift. They love nature but aren't super outdoorsy. Do you think it’s suitable for them? What’s the best part of the tour? Any tips on the experience?
