Here on Oahu, we have several unique reef systems where we regularly dive. These systems are so diverse that we are able to do different dives in the same area. No two dives are ever the same, and our guides deliver a unique experience every time.

Q: Is there an age limit for participants on the shallow reef dive?

A: There isn't a strict age limit, but generally, kids around 10 and up are welcome if they can swim. They should be accompanied by an adult. It’s great for families! Just check with Hawaiian Diving Adventures to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe.

Q: What should we wear for the shallow reef dive? Is there any special gear we need to bring?

A: You’ll want to wear a swimsuit, and maybe a rash guard or wetsuit if you're sensitive to the sun or cooler water. They provide all the diving gear, but bringing a towel and sunscreen is a must! Just don’t forget to stay hydrated.

Q: What if the weather is bad on the day of our dive? Can we reschedule easily?

A: If weather conditions aren’t safe for diving, they’ll definitely work with you to reschedule. Just give them a shout as soon as you know! They’re pretty flexible, which is great, especially with Oahu's unpredictable weather.

Wow, just wow! Did the shallow reef dive last weekend with Hawaiian Diving Adventures and it totally exceeded my expectations. The coral was stunning and we saw so many colorful fish. The guides were super knowledgeable and made sure everyone was having a blast. Can't recommend this enough if you're in Oahu!
