Q&A

Q: What should I wear for the boat tour? Is it windy on the water?

A: Definitely dress in layers! It can get a bit chilly on the water, especially if it's windy. I'd recommend a light jacket and closed-toe shoes since the boat might rock a little. Sunglasses and sunscreen are also a must if it’s sunny. Just be comfortable!

Q: Are there age restrictions for kids on this tour?

A: No age restrictions! Kids are totally welcome on the boat. Just make sure they wear their life jackets throughout the tour, which are provided. It’s a really fun experience for families!

Q: What's the parking situation near the dock?

A: There’s street parking around Navy Pier, but it can fill up fast, especially on weekends. There’s also a parking garage nearby, but it’s a bit pricey. If you can, try to carpool or use public transit to avoid the hassle!

Just did the boat tour and I'm still buzzing!

OMG, I took the small-group sightseeing boat tour last weekend in Chicago, and it was epic! The views of the skyline from the water were absolutely breathtaking. We zipped past Navy Pier and even got to see Soldier Field up close. The guide was super informative and funny. I can't recommend this enough if you love being on the water. Just remember to dress for the wind!

Considering this boat tour as a gift—thoughts?

I’m thinking about getting the small-group sightseeing boat tour for my brother’s birthday. He loves Chicago and I think this would be a cool experience. Has anyone done it? What do you think? Is it good for a more chill day out?
