Q&A
A: Yes, you can reschedule! Vermontology Guided Tours is pretty flexible with changes due to weather conditions. Just make sure to call them at least 24 hours in advance to secure a new date. They want everyone to have a great experience, and if it's pouring rain, it’s definitely better to wait for a sunny day!
A: Absolutely! The Small Group Tour in Stowe is great for families. Kids love Ben & Jerry’s and the cider mill! There’s no age limit; just keep in mind that some activities might be a bit long for really young children. I'd say it works best for ages 5 and up. Everyone will have a blast exploring Stowe village!
A: Great question! The tour includes both indoor and outdoor stops. I’d recommend wearing comfortable shoes since you’ll be walking around Stowe village and doing some light hiking at Smugglers’ Notch. Dress in layers too—Vermont weather can be unpredictable. A light jacket is a good idea, especially if you’re going in spring or fall!

Just did the Stowe tour and it was AMAZING!
I took the Small Group Tour in Stowe with Vermontology last week, and wow, it was everything I hoped for! Visiting the Ben & Jerry’s Factory was a dream come true (free samples!). The cider mill was super cute, and I loved tasting all the different flavors. The scenic drive through Smugglers’ Notch was breathtaking. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun day trip in Vermont!
Gift idea: Stowe tour for my parents!
Thinking of getting my parents this Stowe tour for their anniversary. They love Vermont and have never done a guided tour before. I’m a little worried about the logistics though. What if they have trouble getting picked up? Anyone know how that part works?
