Q&A

Q: How hard is it to reschedule if my friend can't make it on the original date?

A: Rescheduling is typically pretty straightforward! Just reach out to Unscripted Tours at least 48 hours in advance, and they should be able to help you find a new date. Just keep in mind, weekends do fill up fast, so try to get that sorted as soon as you can!

Q: Are there any age limits for kids? I'm thinking of bringing my 10-year-old niece.

A: No official age limit, so you can definitely bring your niece! Kids usually love the history part, especially if they're into stories about presidents and cool buildings. Just remember to keep an eye on her in the Capitol Building since it's pretty big!

Q: Is there parking near the Capitol when doing this tour? I don't want to deal with public transport.

A: There are a few parking garages nearby, but they can get pricey! Try to arrive early, as street parking is limited and often hard to find. If you don't mind walking a bit, you might save some cash by parking a little further out. Just check the parking apps for the best spots.

Thinking about gifting the Capitol & Library Tour for my history-loving sister!

I found this small-group tour of the Capitol and Library of Congress, and it seems awesome! I've heard the guides are super knowledgeable and you get to skip the lines. It’s about $0 and the itinerary looks flexible, which is great since my sister loves history. Anyone done this? Any tips?

Anyone worried about weather cancellations for the Capitol tour?

I just bought tickets for the Capitol & Court tour, but I'm a little paranoid about rain. Like, what happens if it pours? Do they cancel or reschedule? Anyone have experience with this?
