This tour leaves every Tuesday from Country Tonite Theater. As the tour leaves early in the morning, Cell Phone Photography advice and instruction is on a one-on-one basis as requested by the guest, throughout the tour. History and photo ops abound in Cades Cove, in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. While driving up to Cades Cove, a rolling Smart Phone Photo workshop is given, and as the van makes many photo stops, your instructor will give one on one assistance to you for excellent photo results. The History and Humor of the area and the folklore associated with it, is brought to life while the tour travels the eleven-mile loop. A stop at The Little River RR and Lumber Museum for more photo ops and history is next. The best photos of the Smokies, are along The Foothills Parkway at several lookouts. Back to Sevierville for a stop at Dolly's favorite hangout, Red's Soda Fountain. A sweet finale to your tour, this stop promises a delightful treat and picture-perfect memories!

Q&A

Q: What's the best age range for kids on this Smoky Mtn tour?

A: This tour is really suitable for kids around 8 and up, as long as they can sit still for a bit and enjoy the scenery. The photography tips can be helpful for older kids too, especially if they're into taking pics. Just make sure they have a phone or camera to use!

Q: Can this tour be rescheduled in case of bad weather?

A: Yes, they have a flexible rescheduling policy! If weather is bad, they try to contact you in advance to see if you'd like to move your tour. Just keep an eye on the forecast leading up to your date.

Q: What should we wear for this tour?

A: Dress in layers! The mountains can be chilly in the morning and warm up later. Comfortable shoes are a must since you’ll be getting in and out of the vehicle for photos. Also, bring a light jacket just in case.

Just got back from the Cades Cove tour, and it was epic!

I took the Smoky Mtn Cades Cove tour last week and it totally exceeded my expectations! The photo ops are unreal, especially at the Foothills Parkway. The instructor gave me great tips on how to capture the beauty of the mountains with my phone. Plus, Red's Soda Fountain stop at the end was super sweet! I’d recommend this for anyone who loves nature and photography.

Thinking of gifting the Cades Cove tour, any advice?

I want to get this Smoky Mtn Cades Cove tour for my parents' anniversary, but I’m not sure if they’d enjoy it. They’re not super into photography, but they love history and nature. Do you think it would be a good fit?
