Q&A
A: Yes, kids are welcome on the Jeep tour! The minimum age is usually around 5 years old, but it's best to check directly with Rackensack Canyon Tours for the most accurate info. Just make sure to dress them comfortably since it can get bumpy during the ride.
A: Definitely wear comfy clothes! Lightweight, breathable fabrics are best since it can get hot, especially out in the desert. Closed-toed shoes are a must for the activities up at the mountain top. And don’t forget a hat and sunscreen!
A: If the weather's really bad, they’ll likely reschedule for safety reasons. Just keep an eye on the forecast and contact them closer to your booking date for the latest updates. Their customer service is great, so they’ll keep you in the loop!

Just did the Jeep tour and it was epic!
I went on the Sonoran Desert to MountainTop Jeep Tour last weekend with my friends and wow, what an experience! The views at the summit were jaw-dropping. Our guide was super knowledgeable about the desert flora and the history of the area. Plus, getting to try steer head roping was a hilarious bonus! I'd say bring a bandana or something for the dust, though. Definitely worth it!
Thinking of gifting this Jeep tour, any thoughts?
My sister loves adventures and I’m considering this Jeep tour for her birthday! It’s only a short drive from Scottsdale, which is cool. The activities at the mountain top sound fun too. Anyone done this? How was the snack situation? Just trying to figure out if it’s a good gift.
