Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the sushi cooking class?

A: There's no strict age limit, but I recommend it for teens and up since the class involves knife skills and cooking techniques. If you’re planning to bring younger kids, just check with the provider, as they might have suggestions or accommodations. It's a fun experience, but adult supervision is definitely a good idea for younger ones!

Q: What's included in the class? Do we have to bring anything?

A: The class includes all the ingredients needed to make six courses of sushi, plus water and tea. You don't need to bring anything except your enthusiasm! Just wear comfortable clothes since you'll be moving around a bit. I recommend closed-toe shoes for safety.

Q: What if it rains? Is the class still on?

A: Yes, the class runs rain or shine! It's held indoors, so weather won’t affect it. That said, if any serious issues arise, like extreme weather, they might reach out to reschedule. Just keep an eye on your email after booking just in case.

Thinking of gifting the sushi cooking class for my husband’s birthday!

Hey everyone! I’m considering this sushi cooking class in LA for my husband’s birthday. He loves sushi and I think it’d be a fun experience for us to do together. I’ve read it includes making six courses, which sounds awesome! Has anyone done it? How was the instructor? Any tips?

Just got back from the sushi class in LA, and wow!

I just finished the sushi cooking class and it was AMAZING! The instructor was really knowledgeable and made it so much fun. We crafted these creative West Coast rolls and learned a lot about the ingredients. The atmosphere was casual and friendly. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a unique date night or gift idea!
