Q&A

Q: What happens if it rains on the day of the cruise?

A: If it rains, you'll want to check with Water Taxi Miami directly. They usually operate unless there's severe weather. Also, the catamaran has shaded seating, so you can still enjoy the views even if it’s drizzly. Just bring a light rain jacket! Also, it’s a great idea to keep an eye on the weather forecasts leading up to your cruise.

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this cruise?

A: There's no official age limit, but it’s great for all ages! Kids will love spotting the mansions and yachts. Make sure they’re supervised though, as the boat has some open areas. Just check with the crew if you have really young ones; they might have tips for keeping them safe and entertained.

Q: How's the parking situation at Miami Beach Marina?

A: Parking can be a bit tricky at Miami Beach Marina, especially on weekends. There’s a parking lot nearby, but it fills up fast. I recommend arriving early or using a rideshare service if you can. The marina is also walkable from some hotels if you're staying nearby, which is a bonus!

Just got back from the South Beach Cruise, and it was amazing!

I surprised my girlfriend with the South Beach Cruise of Millionaire’s Homes for her birthday, and wow, it did not disappoint! The views of the Miami skyline were breathtaking, and the crew was super friendly. We even spotted homes of celebs like Shaq and Gloria Estefan! The ride was smooth, and the shaded seating made it super comfortable. We had some snacks and drinks on board too! We stopped at Bayside Marketplace afterward which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend it if you’re in Miami!

Considering gifting the South Beach Cruise experience – any advice?

My friend’s birthday is coming up, and I think the South Beach Cruise would be such a unique gift! I love that it includes the stop at Bayside Marketplace too. Is there enough time to enjoy it? Also, what’s the vibe like on the boat? Is it more relaxed or party-like? Any tips for making the day special?
