Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this bike tour?

A: The tour is generally suitable for kids ages 10 and up, but it really depends on their cycling ability. Just remember, there's a lot of street cycling involved. If your kid can handle a bike ride for a few hours and follow instructions, they should be fine! Still, it's best to contact Brooklyn Giro directly for specific concerns.

Q: Can you reschedule if the weather's bad?

A: Yes, if the weather forecast looks bad on the day of the tour, you can reschedule. Brooklyn Giro is pretty flexible about it, so just reach out to them beforehand to figure things out!

Q: What kind of bike do they provide? Is it comfortable for long rides?

A: They provide a pretty decent hybrid bike that’s great for city rides. I found it comfortable even after riding for several hours. The seats are cushioned, and they adjust the bike to suit your height before you start. You shouldn't have any issues!

I just booked this tour for a Saturday in September! So excited to hit Coney Island and eat some hot dogs. Does anyone know how the ferry ride is? Is it a long wait? I hope it isn’t too crowded.
