This excursion is designed for people who have never tried diving to get a feel for it. It consists of an in depth theory lesson, the practice of some shallow water skills, and then an open water dive. No prior dive experience is necessary. If you do enjoy it as much as we hope you will, you can use your dive and your skills towards the PADI Open Water certification.  You must complete a medical questionnaire (we will provide) prior to your excursion and have the ability to swim.  Previous experience snorkeling is recommended.

Just finished my South Maui Discover Scuba Dive – what an experience!

I went for the first time last week and I'm still buzzing! The shallow skills practice was really helpful, and the actual dive was incredible. We saw so many fish! I highly recommend this to anyone thinking about diving. Plus, getting those photos afterward is such a nice touch.
