Join us for a 90-minute daytime sailing experience from Kewalo Basin Harbor on one of the most iconic catamarans in Honolulu! Our sails always have complimentary drinks (alcoholic beverages available for adults 21+ with valid ID only). Come explore the south shore of Oahu by splashing through Honolulu's crisp waves, watching for wildlife (not guaranteed but we do our best!), and vibing to great music. Enjoy a tasty maitai and take in the rays while experiencing the gorgeous views of Kaka'ako waterfront, Ala Moana, and Waikiki! Important Notes: -We operate in RAIN or SHINE, and during regular sailing conditions, guests are likely to get wet. -While this experience allows all ages, the environment can present a bar-motivated/party atmosphere, we encourage parents to consider this when booking with children. ALL guests require their own ticket to attend regardless of age (NO lap infants). -Guests MUST check in a minimum of 30 minutes before their scheduled departure, no exceptions.

Q&A

Q: Can kids join this sailing experience, or is it more of an adult party vibe?

A: Yes, kids can join! The sailing experience is open to all ages, but keep in mind that there's a party atmosphere with drinks for adults. If you're bringing kids, just be prepared for some adult vibes and loud music. It’s a fun outing, but you might want to check if your kids are okay with that!

Q: What happens if it rains or is too windy? Can we reschedule?

A: They sail rain or shine, so don’t worry about getting wet! If the weather is too severe, they will cancel the trip and you can reschedule for another date. Just make sure to check in 30 minutes before departure, no exceptions!

Q: Is parking easy at Kewalo Harbor? What should I expect?

A: Parking can be a bit tricky, especially close to departure times, so I recommend arriving early. There’s a lot directly at Kewalo Harbor, but it fills up fast. Alternatives include street parking or nearby lots, but those can involve a bit of a walk. Make sure to leave some extra time!

Thinking of gifting the South Shore Open Sail experience!

I’m considering this sailing trip from Kewalo Harbor for my friend's birthday. Has anyone been on it? I love that it includes drinks and the views of Waikiki. Just wondering if the atmosphere feels too crowded or if it's chill enough to enjoy the scenery. Some feedback would be awesome!

Just went on the South Shore Open Sail, and wow!

I did the sail last weekend, and it was amazing! The catamaran was super spacious, and the drinks flowed nicely. We even spotted some dolphins! The vibe was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. Just be ready to get a little wet if you’re on the edges, but it’s all part of the fun. Highly recommend it!
