Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit, but it's recommended for ages 10 and up. Younger kids might get bored, and some of the food might not be appealing to them. If you do bring kids, just be prepared to stop for bathroom breaks and keep them entertained during the walking parts!
A: Definitely! While there are some seafood dishes, there are plenty of other options too. The food selections do change, and they often cater to different dietary needs. Just mention your preferences when booking, and they should accommodate you with some great local dishes!
A: The tour usually lasts about 2-3 hours, depending on the stops and how much you chat with the guide! Wear comfortable shoes since you'll be walking a lot, and check the weather. If it's rainy, bring an umbrella or raincoat!

Just tried the Charleston Food Tour - SO worth it!
I just got back from the Southern Charm Foods of Charleston Walking Tour and wow, it was amazing! The guide was super knowledgeable and we got to try some local favorites like she-crab soup and pimento cheese. We walked around the historic district, learned so much about the area, and met some awesome people. Definitely come hungry because the portions are generous! If anyone's considering this as a gift, I’d say go for it!
Looking to gift the Charleston Food Tour – thoughts?
Hey everyone! I want to surprise my parents with the Southern Charm Foods of Charleston tour. They love food and history, but I’m worried if they'll be able to walk the whole time. Anyone know how physically demanding it is? Also, is it worth it?
