Q&A
A: Great question! The tour is family-friendly, but it's best for kids ages 12 and up since some of the stories can be a bit intense. If you bring younger kids, just be mindful of their comfort with ghost stories. Overall, it's a fun way to explore Richmond's history!
A: Definitely wear comfortable shoes since you'll be walking around the Court End neighborhood. The tour does take place in the evening, so a light jacket might be a good idea depending on the weather. Just dress for comfort and be prepared to enjoy some spooky stories!
A: The tour runs rain or shine! If the weather is really bad, they may reschedule to keep everyone safe and comfortable. You'll want to check their website or contact them directly to confirm any changes. Definitely bring an umbrella just in case, though!

Just did the Specters & Shades tour! Wow!
I went on the Specters & Shades of Court End Ghost Tour last weekend, and it was fantastic! Our guide was super knowledgeable about the history of Richmond, and the stories about the Supreme Court Chief Justice’s home were intense. The architecture in that area is stunning too! I wasn't sure if it would be too scary, but it was just the right amount of spook. Highly recommend for anyone who loves history or ghost stories!
Planning to gift the ghost tour—any tips?
I'm thinking about gifting the Specters & Shades of Court End Ghost Tour to my partner who loves spooky stuff. Can anyone share what to expect or any must-know details? I want it to be memorable! How's the experience overall? Thanks!
