Q&A

Q: What's the age limit for this paddleboarding trip? Can kids join?

A: There isn't a strict age limit for the Splish and Splash experience, but kids aged 8 and up can usually participate if they're accompanied by an adult. Just make sure they can swim and are comfortable in the water. It's a great family activity!

Q: What should we wear? Is it cold on the water?

A: Dress in quick-drying clothing, like shorts and a lightweight shirt. A swimsuit underneath is great too! Depending on the time of year, mornings can be chilly, but you’ll warm up quickly once you hit the water. Bring a towel for after!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad? Can we reschedule?

A: If the weather looks unsafe, Paddle Moab will typically reach out to reschedule or provide a refund. They monitor conditions closely, so you can feel safe. Just check their cancellation policy for more details!

Just did the Splish and Splash paddleboarding, and wow!

I went on the Splish and Splash trip last weekend in Moab, and it was such a fun experience! Our guide was awesome, really took the time to show us the ropes. The waves were a blast, and even as a beginner, I felt pretty comfortable. We got snacks and drinks, and it was totally worth the price! I can't recommend it enough if you're looking for a fun day on the water.

Looking for a unique gift idea, any thoughts on paddleboarding?

My sister’s birthday is coming up, and I was thinking about gifting her the Splish and Splash experience! She loves trying new things but has never paddleboarded. I want to make sure it’s enjoyable for her. Has anyone done it? How hard is it for a total newbie?
