Q&A
A: Yeah, it’s generally suitable for kids, but it might depend on the child’s comfort level with spooky stories! I’d say ages 8 and up would enjoy it most. Just be prepared for some ghostly tales and maybe a bit of history that could be intense for younger ones.
A: Definitely dress for the weather since it’s mostly outdoors. Comfortable shoes are a must because you’ll be walking quite a bit around the Historic Strand district. Layers are a good idea if you’re going in the evening; it can get a little chilly after sunset.
A: If it rains, they usually try to reschedule the tour for another date. Just make sure to check their policy when booking. I’d recommend calling them ahead of time if there’s bad weather in the forecast.

Just did the Spooky Galveston Walking Tour and wow!
I just got back from the Spooky Galveston Walking Tour, and it was a blast! The Historic Strand district is such a cool area, and the stories about the ghosts and pirates were hauntingly fascinating. Our guide was super knowledgeable and funny, and we got to take pictures at some pretty iconic spots. I was a little nervous about it being too scary, but it was mostly fun! Highly recommend it as a gift for anyone who loves history or ghost stories!
Thinking of gifting the Spooky Galveston Walking Tour – any thoughts?
I’m considering getting the Spooky Galveston Walking Tour for my sister’s birthday. She loves spooky stuff but isn’t into anything too overwhelming. Is this a good choice? What do you think?
