Thinking of gifting a St Johns River fishing trip!

I’m considering buying this fishing trip for my dad's birthday. He loves fishing and has been talking about catching some big bass! The idea of fishing on the St Johns River sounds amazing. Do they really provide all the gear? And how’s the fishing usually this time of year?
