Q&A
A: There's no specific age limit for the St. Louis Christmas Spectacular Tour! It's designed to be family-friendly, so kids are more than welcome. Just keep in mind that some activities, like ice skating at the Old Post Office Plaza, might be better suited for older kids or adults. I took my 5-year-old, and he loved the lights and the giant Christmas tree!
A: Dress warmly! Most of the tour is outdoors, especially at Poelker Park and while ice skating. I’d recommend layering up—something warm but light for movement. Don’t forget gloves and a hat, too. The lights are beautiful at night, but it can get chilly!
A: If the weather is really bad, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled for safety. It's best to check in with the provider, Opatrip.com, before your tour date. They usually send out updates if there's expected inclement weather. I did have to reschedule once due to rain, and they were really accommodating!

Just did the St. Louis Christmas tour - what an experience!
I just got back from the St. Louis Private Christmas Spectacular Tour and it was amazing! The guide was super friendly and shared lots of fun holiday facts. The ice skating at Old Post Office Plaza was the highlight for me, even though I fell a few times! The lights at City Hall were breathtaking. Highly recommend this as a gift for anyone who loves the holidays. It’s perfect for families or couples!
Looking to gift the St. Louis Christmas Tour - any tips?
I’m thinking about gifting the St. Louis Christmas Spectacular Tour to my parents. They love seeing holiday lights and going out during the season. Is this tour good for older folks? Any tips on what to prepare? Thanks!
