A: There’s no strict age limit for paddle boarding! Kids can participate as long as they’re comfortable in the water and can follow safety instructions. Just went paddle boarding for the first time and it was awesome!

I took my friends to Bay Breeze Paddle Adventures, and we had the best time! The staff was super nice and helped us get started. We saw dolphins swimming by and it was just magical. Definitely a workout, but so worth it! I’m thinking of gifting this to my partner next. Anyone done it with kids?
