OMG, I just did Stand-Up Paddle Yoga with Yoga Kai and it was incredible! The water was so clear and the instructors were amazing. They made us feel super comfortable, even when I totally wobbled and fell in. 😂 I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and unique experience in Hawaii!
