Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids to join the paddleboarding tour?

A: Yes, kids as young as 8 can participate in the paddleboarding tour! They’ll need to be accompanied by an adult though. The tour is really family-friendly, but just keep in mind that younger kids may need a little more help balancing on the board.

Q: What do I need to wear for this paddleboarding experience?

A: You should wear a swimsuit or quick-drying clothes. Also, water shoes or sandals with straps are a good idea because they’ll help you stay on the board. Don’t forget sunscreen and a hat, it can get pretty sunny out on the water!

Q: What if the weather is bad on the day we booked?

A: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the school will reach out to you to reschedule. They’re pretty flexible and want everyone to have a great experience. Just keep an eye on the forecast and plan accordingly!

Thinking about gifting the Paddleboard Adventure!

I'm really considering giving the Stand Up Paddleboard Adventure in Kitty Hawk as a birthday gift. It sounds super fun and perfect for beginners! Anyone know what the SUP experience is really like? I’ve heard it’s easy to learn, but I’m worried about how crowded it might get. Also, any tips on parking there?

Question about the Stand Up Paddleboard Adventure!
