Q&A

Q: What if the weather is bad on the day of the tour? Can we reschedule?

A: If the weather is too severe, the tour provider will usually allow you to reschedule for a later date. It’s best to check their cancellation policy when you book, and make sure to do it ahead of time. They’re pretty flexible with rescheduling if there’s a storm or heavy rain. Just keep an eye on the forecast!

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this tour?

A: There isn’t a strict age limit, but it’s best suited for kids who are at least 8 years old since they can appreciate the history better. Younger kids can join too, but keep in mind they might not be as engaged. Some families bring strollers, but it can be a bit tricky on the ferry and around the islands.

Q: What’s the best time of year to book this tour?

A: Spring and early fall are the best times. The weather is usually nice, and the crowds are manageable compared to the summer. If you go in summer, it can get super hot and crowded. Just make sure to book your tickets in advance, especially around holidays!

Thinking of gifting the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island tour!

Hey everyone! I’m looking to surprise my partner with the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Small Group Tour for their birthday in October. We love history, and I think this would be so meaningful! But I’m a bit nervous about the logistics, like how early we should arrive at Battery Park and if the ferry ride is as scenic as they say. Any tips would be awesome!

Just finished the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Tour – Amazing experience!

Seeing the original torch at the museum was such a highlight. The views from the ferry were breathtaking! I’d recommend it to anyone visiting NYC.
