Join us for an exciting Statue of Liberty, the symbol of New York. You will disembark at Ellis Island to visit the Immigration Museum. The tour will start at the indicated time in front of the picturesque SeaGlass Carousel, in the heart of Battery Park. Once gathered, we will hear a brief historical introduction about New York and the port area, and head to security checkpoint, which we will pass with priority access. At that point, we will board the official ferry operated by Statue City Cruises, the only one allowed to land on Liberty Island and Ellis Island. During the crossing, which lasts about 15–20 minutes, we will enjoy a great view of the Manhattan skyline and New York Harbor. Once we arrive at Liberty Island, we will begin the guided tour outside the majestic Statue of Liberty. Here, we will discover hidden symbols in its design and the deep meaning it had for millions of immigrants.

Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island tour?

A: Nope, there’s no age limit! The tour is great for all ages. Just keep in mind that younger kids may need some help with the audio guides at Ellis Island. They’ll love seeing the Statue up close though!

Q: Can you reschedule if something comes up?

A: Yes, you can reschedule your tour! Just make sure to do it at least 24 hours in advance. Bravo NYC Tours is pretty flexible about that, so don’t stress if something comes up.

Q: What should we wear for the Statue of Liberty tour?

A: Dress comfortably! I recommend wearing layers since it can be windy on the ferry and you might get warm walking around. Good walking shoes are a must since you’ll be on your feet a lot, especially at Ellis Island.

Thinking of gifting the Statue of Liberty tour, any thoughts?

I’m considering this Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island tour for my parents’ anniversary. They’ve never been to NYC. The tour starts at Battery Park, which is cool, but I’m worried about how crowded it gets. Anyone done this and can share their experience? What did you think?

Statue of Liberty tour - totally worth it?

I’m planning to take my sister on this tour for her birthday. I’ve heard mixed reviews about the ferry ride being crowded and the overall experience. Is it worth the price? What’s your take on the guided part of it?
