On this Sunday brunch cruise, travel along the Mississippi River while enjoying live jazz music and savoring a lovely buffet brunch, if option selected. Otherwise, sit inside in one of our elegantly appointed decks or sit outside on one of our outdoor decks and enjoy the sites and breezes of the Mississippi River. This authentic paddle-wheel riverboat will whisk you away to the romance and ambiance of yesteryear. The Steamboat NATCHEZ is taking some time off, but her sister vessel, the Riverboat CITY of NEW ORLEANS will be taking her place. You’ll get the same authentic riverboat experience of a leisurely, two-hour cruise on the mighty Mississippi, enjoying traditional live jazz, craft cocktails, and all the beautiful New Orleans sites, while also exploring the newly renovated riverboat. Make sure you check out all four decks - the top deck view is a sight to see! Upgrade your ticket to include the brunch buffet.

Q&A

Q: What happens if it rains on the day of the cruise?

A: Great question! The Riverboat CITY of NEW ORLEANS has enclosed climate-controlled areas, so you can still enjoy the cruise even if it rains. They typically operate rain or shine, so don’t worry too much about the weather! Just check the forecast and dress accordingly.

Q: Is there an age limit for this cruise?

A: No age limit! It's a family-friendly experience, so kids are welcome. Just keep in mind that if you get the brunch buffet, they might charge for kids depending on their age. It’s a great way to introduce the little ones to live music and the culture of New Orleans.

Q: Is there parking available nearby?

A: Yes! There’s parking available near the riverboat near the French Quarter, though it does get packed, especially on weekends. If you can, arrive early to snag a spot. Another option is to use rideshare services if you don’t want to deal with parking.

Thinking of gifting the Sunday Jazz Brunch Cruise! Any tips?

I’m planning to give my parents a gift for their anniversary, and I think the Sunday Jazz Brunch Cruise could be perfect! They love jazz and the food sounds amazing. Has anyone done it? How’s the brunch? Any special tips on seating or what to expect?
