Q&A

Q: Do I need to book in advance or can I just show up for the Sunrise Yoga at Kailua Beach?

A: It's best to book in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons. The sessions can fill up quickly, and you wouldn’t want to miss out on that beautiful sunrise! Just keep an eye on the weather too, as they may cancel if it's too stormy.

Q: Are there age restrictions for the Sunrise Yoga session?

A: There aren't strict age limits since it's designed for all levels and ages. Kids are welcome if they're comfortable joining in. Just make sure they can follow directions and stay focused during the session.

Q: What should I wear for the Sunrise Yoga at Kailua Beach?

A: Wear something comfortable that you can move in, like yoga pants or shorts and a tank top. Definitely bring some layers, as it can be chilly in the morning until the sun comes up! A light jacket or sweater is a good idea.

Just did Sunrise Yoga at Kailua Beach and it was AMAZING!

I just got back from the Sunrise Yoga session at Kailua Beach and WOW, what an experience! The sound of the waves and the sunrise backdrop was so peaceful. I was a little nervous since I’m not super experienced with yoga, but the instructor was really welcoming and made it easy for everyone. Mats were provided, which was great! I definitely recommend it if you’re in Oahu. Just don’t forget your layers for when it’s still chilly.

Thinking about gifting Sunrise Yoga at Kailua Beach. Any thoughts?

I’m considering gifting this Sunrise Yoga experience to my mom for her birthday. She’s been stressed out, and I think this would be a perfect way for her to unwind. Has anyone done this? Is it good for beginners?
