Q&A

Q: What's the age limit for this ATV tour? Can kids join?

A: The minimum age to ride as a passenger is 5 years old, and as a driver, you need to be at least 16 with a valid ID. It’s a fun experience for families, but double-check if your kids meet those requirements before booking!

Q: What should we wear for the sunset ATV tour? Is it dusty?

A: Definitely wear old clothes and closed-toed shoes! It can get really dusty, and the sand can fly up. I'd recommend sunglasses and a bandana too, just to keep the dust off your face. A light jacket may come in handy since it cools down after sunset.

Q: How's the parking situation at the Desert Dog Offroad location?

A: Parking is pretty straightforward! There’s a dedicated lot right in front of the facility, so you shouldn't have to worry about finding a spot. Just get there about 15 minutes early to check-in and get settled. Weekends might be busier though!

Just booked the Sunset ATV Tour for my fiancé's birthday!

I'm super excited about this Sunset ATV/UTV tour near Scottsdale! We’re going next month and I can’t wait to see the desert at sunset. I heard the guides are really knowledgeable, and there are snacks included, which is cool. Anyone have tips for first-timers? Should we switch drivers during the ride?

Is the sunset ATV tour worth it?

I’m considering gifting this sunset ATV tour to my brother and sister-in-law. They love adventures! But I’m curious if the experience really lives up to the hype. What was the best part for you guys? Was it hectic or pretty chill?
