Q&A
A: Yes, the GoCar holds 2 people, so you can definitely bring a friend or partner along for the ride! Just keep in mind that both riders need to be at least 25 years old to rent the car. It’s super fun to explore together, especially with the GPS guiding you through the sights of San Diego!
A: Late October in San Diego is usually pretty nice! You can expect temps in the mid to upper 70s during the day, but it might get cooler in the evening. I’d recommend wearing layers and bringing some sunscreen, just in case you hit a sunny spot at Sunset Cliffs!
A: If it rains, you can definitely reschedule your tour. The GoCar Tours folks are pretty flexible with weather cancellations, but it’s best to call ahead if you see a storm coming. Just make sure to check their policy when you book to confirm any details.

Thinking about the Sunset Cliffs Tour for my boyfriend's birthday!
Hey everyone! I found this Sunset Cliffs and Beaches Tour in a GoCar, and it sounds amazing. It starts in Old Town and goes all the way to Sunset Cliffs and Ocean Beach! It seems like such a unique way to explore San Diego. I’m just a bit worried about whether the drive will be too tricky since I’ve never driven anything like it. Anyone tried this? Is it easy to navigate?
Just did the Sunset Cliffs Tour and it was epic!
I just got back from the Sunset Cliffs and Beaches Tour in the GoCar, and wow, it was such a blast! The views at Cabrillo National Monument were stunning and the tide pools were so cool to explore. It was a little windy at the cliffs, so a light jacket was a must, but honestly, I can't recommend this experience enough! It’s perfect for couples or just a fun day out.
