Q&A

Q: What if the weather is bad on the day of the sunset tour?

A: If the weather is bad, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled at the provider's discretion. It's best to check the forecast a few days ahead and keep in touch with Great Venture Tours for updates. They’ll communicate any changes quickly, so you’re not left in the dark about your plans!

Q: Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

A: Yes! Arizona law requires kids 8 years and younger to be in a car seat or booster seat, so make sure to bring one if you're bringing younger kids. Older kids and adults can join without any restrictions. Just make sure to inform the tour company about your child's age when booking.

Q: What should I wear for the sunset tour?

A: Layering is key! It can get chilly in the evening, so start with a light shirt and add a sweater or jacket as the sun sets. Comfortable shoes are a must since you'll be doing some walking at the Grand Canyon. Don't forget sunglasses for the afternoon sun!

Just booked the sunset tour at the Grand Canyon from Sedona!

I’m super excited about this! I booked the tour for my girlfriend’s birthday next month. We’ll get picked up in Sedona, stop at the Cameron Trading Post, and see the canyon at sunset! I read that the colors are absolutely stunning. Just hoping the weather cooperates! Anyone have tips for the best experience?

Experience of a lifetime at the Grand Canyon sunset tour!

Just got back from the tour and wow, it was breathtaking! The stop at Cameron Trading Post was cool for some local snacks. The panoramic views at sunset were life-changing! Definitely bring a camera. We went in July and it was hot during the day but cooled down nicely for the evening. Highly recommend!
