Q&A

Q: What's the age limit for the Sunset Kayak Tour on Kelleys Island?

A: There's no strict age limit, but kids under 16 usually need to paddle with an adult. It’s a pretty relaxed tour, so younger kids can definitely join as long as they’re comfortable in the kayak and with the life jacket on. Just make sure they can handle the basics of paddling and follow instructions from the guide!

Q: What if we need to reschedule our tour? Is that possible?

A: Yes, you can reschedule your Sunset Kayak Tour! Just shoot them a message at least 24 hours in advance. They’re pretty accommodating, especially if you have a valid reason like bad weather. Just be sure to check with them for their specific rescheduling policy.

Q: What should we wear for the Sunset Kayak Tour?

A: Definitely wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting wet! A swimsuit or quick-dry clothes are great. Also, don't forget a hat and sunscreen since you’ll be out in the sun for a while. Water shoes are a plus but not required since they provide life jackets.

Just did the Sunset Kayak Tour and loved it!

Hey guys! I went on the Sunset Kayak Tour last weekend on Kelleys Island, and it was AMAZING. The guide was super helpful and made sure everyone felt comfortable, even though I'm a complete newbie. The view during sunset was to die for, and paddling along the shore with all the colors in the sky was just unreal. The whole experience was like $75, which isn’t bad for what you get! If you're thinking of gifting this, do it!

Considering the Sunset Kayak Tour as a gift

Hey everyone! I’m thinking about getting the Sunset Kayak Tour on Kelleys Island as a gift for my partner’s birthday. They love outdoor adventures, but they’ve never kayaked before. Should I go for it? Anyone have tips or stories?
