A: The tour lasts about 3.5 hours total, with roughly 2.5 hours spent exploring various waterfalls. The walking is pretty casual, but you'll want to wear comfortable shoes since you'll be on some trails. Most of the hikes are easy to moderate, so it's great for all fitness levels!
A: Yes! The waterfalls look even more stunning with the rain, and the crowds are way thinner. Just bring a good rain jacket and you’ll be fine. The guide will adjust the plan based on the weather to keep it enjoyable!
A: Kids are absolutely welcome! There's no strict age limit, but they should be able to walk some trails. It's a fantastic way to introduce them to nature safely. Just make sure to keep an eye on them near the falls, as some areas can be steep.

Thinking about gifting the Sunset Tour of Multnomah Falls!
I'm planning to surprise my boyfriend with this tour for his birthday! We've been wanting to explore the Columbia River Gorge together, and this sunset aspect sounds incredible. Just wondering if anyone can share their experience with the views? Also, do you think it’s better to go in late summer or fall?
Just did the Sunset Tour, and it was AMAZING!
I can't recommend this tour enough! The views of the waterfalls were unreal, and the sunset from Vista House? Breathtaking! Our guide was super knowledgeable, which made it even better. If anyone’s on the fence about it, just go for it, you won’t regret it!
