Q&A
A: There isn't a strict age limit for the SUP yoga classes, but participants should be able to swim and stand up on the paddleboard without assistance. It's great for teens, but just make sure they’re comfortable in the water! If she’s active and has a good attitude, she’ll likely have a blast!
A: Yes, rescheduling is pretty straightforward! Ignite Om usually reaches out to participants if the weather looks bad and helps you find another time. They’re really flexible, so you shouldn't worry too much about that part.
A: Not at all! This class welcomes beginners. The instructor provides guidance to help you get comfortable with both paddleboarding and the yoga moves. Just bring a positive attitude, and you’ll be fine!

Just did the SUP yoga in Daytona Beach - WOW!
I just got back from the SUP yoga session with Ignite Om, and I can’t recommend it enough! The backdrop was absolutely stunning, and we even spotted a dolphin swimming nearby during practice. The gear was top-notch, and the instructor was really chill and helpful. If you're thinking about gifting this to someone, DO IT! Just a heads up, though: you might want to wear a swimsuit and bring a towel because you might get a little wet!
Thinking about gifting SUP yoga - any thoughts?
I’m considering this for my girlfriend's birthday. She loves yoga and being outside, but she’s never paddleboarded before. I’m just curious if it's good for beginners, and how the vibe is during the session. Any insights would be appreciated!
