Q&A
A: Yeah, this ride is definitely more suited for advanced riders. The route can get pretty steep, especially as you approach Tantalus Lookout. The E-bikes help, but you should be comfortable handling them on inclines. If you’ve done some mountain biking before, you should be good to go!
A: Yes, the bikes do have a weight limit of around 250 lbs. If you're close to that, it might affect how well you can handle the bike on the route. I'd suggest checking in with the provider if you're concerned!
A: Definitely wear something comfy! I'd recommend moisture-wicking clothes since you might sweat a bit going uphill. Also, don’t forget sunscreen and maybe a light jacket if it’s cloudy. You’ll be exposed to the sun for a while up at Tantalus.

Considering the Tantalus Lookout Electric Bike Ride as a gift!
Hey everyone! I'm thinking about gifting the Tantalus Lookout Electric Bike Ride for my partner’s birthday. We’ve never done an e-bike tour before, but they love cycling and outdoor views. Has anyone done this? How was the experience? Are the bikes easy to handle? I just want to make sure it’s a fun experience!
Tips for the Tantalus Lookout Electric Bike Ride!
Just got back from the Tantalus Lookout Electric Bike Ride and wow! It was challenging but soooo worth it. The views from the top are breathtaking. Just remember to pace yourself, the incline can be a workout! I’d recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated. Anyone else done it recently?
