Q&A

Q: Is there a minimum age for this tour? I'm thinking of taking my 12-year-old.

A: Great question! There isn't a strict age limit, but it’s recommended for ages 12 and up since there’s a fair amount of walking and some of the food might be new to younger kids. My 13-year-old loved it, especially the dumplings!

Q: What should I wear for this food tour? I'm worried about being uncomfortable.

A: Wear something casual and comfortable. You'll be walking a lot, and you wanna enjoy the food without feeling restricted. I wore comfy sneakers and a light jacket just in case it got chilly, and it was perfect for the tour!

Q: What if it rains on the day of the tour? Can we reschedule?

A: Yes, you can reschedule if the weather's bad! Just make sure to contact the provider at least 24 hours in advance. My friend did it because of rain, and they were super understanding about it.

Just did the Tastes of Chinatown tour - wow!

I just got back from the Tastes of Chinatown with Dim Sum tour, and it was amazing! Our guide, Tony, was super knowledgeable and took us to some hidden spots I never would’ve found on my own. The dim sum was to die for, especially the shrimp dumplings! We even got to try some cool Taiwanese snacks. Perfect for anyone who loves food and wants to learn more about the culture. Highly recommend it!

Thinking of gifting the Chinatown tour - any thoughts?

I’m thinking of giving this food tour as a gift to my foodie friend! She loves trying new cuisines, especially Asian food. Just curious if anyone's done it and how it was for you? Any recommendations on how to present it as a gift?
