Q&A
A: Yes, kids can join! The minimum age is usually around 8 years old for this trip on the San Miguel River. Just make sure they can fit in the life jackets provided. It's a blast for families, but keep in mind that it can get a bit wild sometimes!
A: Wear quick-drying clothes and definitely a swimsuit underneath! In the spring, it can be chilly, especially if you're splashing around. A light jacket and water shoes are a good idea. They’ll give you all the gear you need, but it's better to be comfy!
A: They usually go rain or shine! If the weather is really bad or dangerous, they might reschedule. It’s best to check their policy before going. And honestly, some light rain can actually make it more fun!

Just got back from the half-day rafting trip on the San Miguel River!
OMG, it was such a blast! The river was super fast, and the views were breathtaking. We saw some wildlife too! The guides were really chill and made sure we were all safe. I went with my friends and we're already planning another trip! Just make sure to book early in the summer to catch the best rapids!
Considering this as a gift for my partner's birthday!
I’m thinking of booking the half-day rafting trip on the San Miguel for my partner's birthday in July. Are there any tips for making it special? Also, how’s the parking situation over there in Telluride? I’m kinda stressing about logistics.
