Q&A

Q: Is there any age restriction for the walking tour?

A: There aren't any strict age restrictions for the walking tour, but it’s best suited for ages 12 and up. Younger kids could join if they’re okay walking for 3 hours, but keep in mind the pace might be challenging for them. Just check with the guide if you’re unsure!

Q: What should we wear for the walking tour? Is it casual?

A: Definitely wear comfy shoes since you'll be walking a lot! Casual attire is perfect, but if it's hot, don't forget sunscreen and a hat. If the weather looks iffy, consider bringing a light jacket or an umbrella just in case. You'll also want to dress in layers as it can get breezy near the Edge!

Q: How does the rescheduling work if it rains?

A: If it rains, you can usually reschedule for another date without any hassle. Just make sure to contact the provider 24 hours in advance. They’re pretty flexible, but it’s best to check their specific policy when you book. Remember, the Edge is all about those views, so they won’t want you up there if it’s super foggy!

Just booked the Edge Observation Deck & Walking Tour!

I’m so pumped! I booked this for my fiancé’s birthday next month. We love NYC, but we’ve never been to The Edge. Can’t wait to hit Wall St., Ground Zero, and then climb up for those views! I heard the guide is pretty fun, too. Anyone have tips on what to do in the 2 hours after the tour at Hudson Yards?

Experience of a lifetime at The Edge!

Just did the walking tour and The Edge and wow, what a day! Our guide was hilarious and super knowledgeable. Walking through Chinatown and Little Italy was such a vibe. The views from The Edge were unreal! I’m a bit scared of heights but felt okay up there. Anyone else felt a bit wobbly up high?
