Q&A
A: There’s no specific age limit, but kids under 15 need to be accompanied by an adult. It’s really family-friendly, so I’ve seen lots of families with kids around 10 to 12 enjoying it. Just make sure they can follow clues and keep up with the puzzles!
A: Yes! They’re pretty flexible. You can reschedule your booking as long as you give them at least 24 hours' notice. Just call or email, and they’ll help you find a new time that works.
A: Parking is pretty straightforward. Concord Mills has a big parking lot, and it’s usually free. Just be aware it can get busy on weekends, so plan to arrive a bit early if you can. I’ve had to circle a few times before finding a spot!

Just did the Prison Break escape room at The Escape Game Concord - so fun!
I just got back from doing the Prison Break room with my friends, and wow, what a blast! The puzzles were really challenging but rewarding. We worked as a team to escape with only 5 minutes to spare! It was a great way to bond. I highly recommend it if you're looking for something unique to do in Charlotte. Plus, we grabbed dinner at Razzoo's afterward - perfect day!
Thinking about gifting an escape room experience - which theme should I choose?
I wanna get my sister something special for her birthday, and The Escape Game Concord caught my eye. They have some cool themes like The Depths and Playground. Anyone have a preference or advice on what’s best? I want it to be fun but not too overwhelming since she's not super experienced with puzzles.
