A: There isn't a strict age limit, but they recommend players be at least 13 years old to participate in the escape rooms without an adult. However, younger kids can join if accompanied by an adult. It's definitely a fun family activity, just keep in mind the themes might be a bit intense for really young kids.

A: Parking can be tricky in Midtown Manhattan, but there are a few garages nearby, like Icon Parking on 39th Street. Public transit is way easier, though! Hey everyone! I'm considering getting a gift voucher for The Escape Game NYC for my friend's birthday. I've heard great things about their 'Prison Break' theme. It seems challenging and fun! I just wonder if it's suitable for a group of 7 adults. Any suggestions on which theme to pick? Also, what should we wear? I know we’ll be solving puzzles, but is it casual, or do we need to dress up?

Just got back from The Escape Game NYC! Here’s my take.

I recently did the 'Playground' room with my family, and it was a total hit! We had 10 people, so it was perfect for a larger group. The puzzles were clever, and the staff were super friendly. Afterward, we took a walk in Bryant Park which was a nice way to unwind. It’s definitely a unique gift idea if you’re looking for something fun and interactive!
