Q&A
A: The Original Madison Ghost Walk is generally suitable for all ages, but keep in mind that some stories might be spooky for younger kids. It's best enjoyed by teens and adults. Just make sure the kids are up for a little scare! Also, the tour is a walking tour, so if they get tired, you might want to consider bringing a stroller for little ones.
A: Definitely wear comfy walking shoes since you'll be on your feet for a while. Layers are a good idea too, especially since the weather can change. It may be warm during the day but chilly at night. And don’t forget an umbrella if rain is in the forecast! Trust me, you don’t want to be caught out there wet and cold.
A: Yes, you can reschedule if the weather is doing something crazy! The company usually monitors the forecast and will reach out if they need to cancel. If you need to change your date, just contact them directly. They’re pretty flexible as long as you give them some notice!

Just did the Madison Ghost Walk - a must for locals and visitors!
I just got back from The Original Madison Ghost Walk and wow, what an experience! Our guide was super knowledgeable about the Capitol Square area and shared some creepy stories I’d never heard. The tour took about 90 minutes, and it was just the right amount of spooky without being over the top. I went with a few friends who live here, and we all had a blast, even though it started drizzling halfway through. Definitely wear good shoes and check the weather. I’d totally recommend it as a gift for anyone who loves history or ghost stories!
Looking to gift the Madison Ghost Walk to my sister - any tips?
I’m thinking about gifting this ghost walk experience to my sister for her birthday since she loves ghost stories! I’ve heard things can get pretty chilly at night though. Would it be too scary for someone who’s not really into horror? Also, how’s the parking situation around there? I want to make sure she has a good time!
