Q&A
A: Yes, you can reschedule your tickets if the weather doesn't cooperate. Just make sure to contact their customer service a day prior to your planned visit. They’re usually pretty understanding, and you can easily find a new date that works for you.
A: Nope, there’s no strict age limit, but children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. It’s a safe and exciting experience for kids, and they usually love the views!
A: It can get a bit chilly up there, especially if there's a breeze, so I'd recommend layering. You don’t want to be caught shivering while enjoying the views! Light jackets or sweaters are usually perfect.

Thinking of gifting The Orlando Eye experience - worth it?
I’m considering getting The Orlando Eye admission tickets for my parents who are visiting Orlando for the first time. They love sightseeing and the idea of panoramic views sounds great! Has anyone done it? What’s the best time to go?
Just did The Orlando Eye and loved it!
I took my girlfriend to The Orlando Eye last week and it was incredible! The views of downtown Orlando were stunning, especially with all the lights at night. We did the combo ticket with Madame Tussauds, too, and it made for a fun day. Just remember to check the weather before you go!
