Thinking about gifting the E-Bike tour in La Jolla! Any thoughts?

I’m considering the Plunge E-Bike tour for my brother’s birthday since he loves biking and the outdoors! It sounds like the views from Mt. Soledad are amazing, and I love that they provide snacks and water. Has anyone done this? Is it beginner-friendly? Just want to make sure he’ll have a blast without being overwhelmed!

E-Bike tour experience at La Jolla - worth it?

Just got back from the E-Bike tour and WOW! The views along Windansea Beach were breathtaking. The ride up to Mt. Soledad was a breeze on the E-Bike. Perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the scenery without too much effort. They even let us stop for photos! Anyone else felt the same way?
