We are an Austin, TX-based global custom event design company offering scavenger hunts and other events in 300+ cities in North America and beyond. Our specially hand-crafted adventures are equal parts tour, creative challenge, detective hunt, and social experiment! Guests get to discover in an alternate reality our favorite hidden gems off the beaten trail and creatively interpret fun art, history, and culture clues - for points! They get to enjoy fame and glory while appearing on our website’s international leaderboard, no matter what their score. They get to essentially race other teams in other cities, even if they don’t have competitors who have signed up in their city that day. Q: Can this scavenger hunt be done with kids? What ages are best?

A: Yes, this scavenger hunt is great for families! Kids as young as 8 can participate, but I’d say ages 10-15 really get the most out of it. They’ll love the interactive element with the live guide, and you can help them with the clues. Just be ready to help with any tricky bits!

Q: Is there a way to reschedule if my plans change?

A: Absolutely! Alley Kat Adventures allows you to reschedule your scavenger hunt if something comes up. Just reach out to them via email or phone, and they’re super accommodating. I had to change mine last minute because of a family issue and it was no problem!

Q: What do we need to wear for this hunt? Is it outdoors?

A: You'll be outdoors for part of the scavenger hunt, so dress comfortably! I suggest wearing sneakers and light clothes, especially if it’s hot out. Don’t forget a hat or sunscreen if it’s sunny — it can get warm in San Antonio!
