Q&A

Q: Are there age limits for this tour? I’m thinking of taking my kids.

A: Great question! There are no strict age limits for the tour, but it's best suited for older kids and adults who can enjoy the food and walking aspects. Kids under 10 might get a bit restless, but if they enjoy exploring new foods, they'll likely have a good time. Just be ready to supervise them at the markets!

Q: What should we wear for this tour? Is it mostly indoors or outdoors?

A: You'll want to dress comfortably, as there's a mix of indoor markets and outdoor sights. Cleveland weather can be unpredictable, so layering is a good idea! If you plan to hit Edgewater Park, comfy walking shoes are a must. It's all about enjoying the experience without being weighed down by your outfit.

Q: What happens if it rains? Do you reschedule, or does the tour go on?

A: If there's inclement weather, the tour will go on as planned, but they often adjust the itinerary to focus more on indoor locations like bakeries and markets. If a major storm is expected, they might offer to reschedule. Just keep an eye on the weather and be prepared for changes!

Discussions

Just did the Sights & Stories of Cleveland tour yesterday!

Wow, what an experience! We hit some amazing spots like Aladdin’s and the pastries at Farkas Pastry Shoppe were to die for. The ice cream at Michell’s was the cherry on top! I highly recommend this tour for anyone, especially foodies. My friends and I had a blast exploring the different neighborhoods and learning about the city. I don't want to give too much away, but definitely bring your appetite!

Thinking about gifting the Sights & Stories tour, any tips?

I’m looking into getting this tour for my parents’ anniversary. They love trying new foods and exploring local spots, but I’m not sure if it’s a good fit for them. How did you find the pacing? Also, is the vehicle comfortable enough for older folks? They like to enjoy the scenery!
