Q: Is there an age limit for kids, or can I bring my 4-year-old?

A: You can definitely bring your 4-year-old! The museum allows children 5 and under to enter for free with a paid adult. It’s a great place for young kids to enjoy the art and stories of Walt Disney. Just keep in mind that some exhibits might be better suited for older kids, but there’s plenty of fun visuals for younger ones too.

Q: How's parking near the museum? Is it easy to get there?

A: Parking can be a bit tricky since the museum is in the Presidio, but there's a decent amount of street parking if you're patient. There’s also a parking garage at the Presidio. Just plan to arrive early if you're going on the weekend. I’d recommend taking public transport if you can; it's pretty convenient.

Q: What should we wear? Is it chilly inside?

A: The museum can get a bit chilly, so I’d recommend wearing layers. A light sweater or jacket would be perfect! Also, wear comfy shoes since you'll be walking around a lot. Most people dress casually, but you can definitely go a little nicer if you want.

Hey everyone! I’m considering getting tickets to the Walt Disney Family Museum in SF for my niece and nephew. They’re big Disney fans and I think they’d love it! I’ve heard the views of the Golden Gate Bridge from the museum are stunning. Is it worth it? Also, how much time should we plan to spend there?

I just got back from the Walt Disney Family Museum, and wow! The exhibits were so well done. You really get a feel for Walt's life. The kids loved the interactive parts, and I saw some amazing original sketches. Plus, that view of the Golden Gate is a cherry on top! Highly recommend as a gift for any Disney lover.
