Q: Is there a recommended age for kids to enjoy the Moody Mansion tour?

A: While there's no strict age limit, I'd say kids around 8 and up can enjoy it best. The tour includes a lot of historical details that might go over younger kids' heads. If they like stories and history, they might get a kick out of it! Plus, they’ll see some pretty cool old furnishings.

Q: What's the parking situation like at the Moody Mansion?

A: You get free parking at the mansion, which is super convenient! There's a lot right next to the entrance, so no need to worry about finding a spot. Just be cautious if you're visiting during peak times though; it can get crowded!

Q: Can you reschedule this tour if plans change?

A: Yes, you can reschedule your tour! Just contact them through their website or give them a call. They’re pretty flexible if you need to change your date. Just try to give them a heads-up as soon as you can!

Just visited the Moody Mansion – an awesome experience!

I finally checked out the Moody Mansion in Galveston last weekend, and wow, it did not disappoint! The restored rooms are just stunning, especially the library. They have some really interesting stories about the Moody family and their impact on Texas. I went with my parents, and they loved it too! Totally free to park, which was a nice bonus. Anyone else been? What was your favorite part?
