Q&A

Q: Is there a lot of walking involved on this tour? My mom isn't super mobile.

A: There is some walking involved, especially on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and around the Chinese Theatre area. However, it’s not overly strenuous, and the guide usually makes sure to keep a comfortable pace. If your mom has mobility concerns, you might want to check with the provider about accommodations.

Q: What's the age limit for this experience? Is it good for kids?

A: This tour is suitable for all ages, including kids! They may not appreciate all the history, but they’ll definitely enjoy seeing the sights like the Hollywood sign and the Farmer's Market. Just keep in mind that some kids might get restless during longer parts of the tour, so plan for snacks and a few breaks.

Q: What if it rains on the day of the tour? Do they cancel?

A: They typically don't cancel for rain unless it's severe weather. The guide will have rain ponchos just in case, and the tour can still be a lot of fun even in drizzle! It’s good to check the weather beforehand and be prepared with proper clothing.

Thinking of gifting the Hollywood tour! Anyone done it?

I’m considering this tour for my sister's birthday. She’s obsessed with movies and loves LA! I love that it includes iconic spots like the Dolby Theatre and the Farmer's Market. I just wonder if it's worth the price and how long it actually is. Any tips from people who’ve gone?

Questions about logistics for the Hollywood tour

I’m excited to take this tour soon! Just trying to figure out parking. Is it easy to find? And do they provide any snacks during the tour? I’m bringing my kids, so snacks are a must!
